This Privacy Policy applies to the Beverage Buddy mobile application and related services operated by Přesuň to s.r.o. (the “Service Provider”).

What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. Přesuň to does not retain this information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Beverage Buddy does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Beverage Buddy does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain server-side hydration or meal histories for ordinary use.
If reminder schedules, water and meal logs, routine history, progress information, goals, preferences, or similar functional data are stored locally on your device by the Application, they remain on the device and are not received or retained by Přesuň to on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact Přesuň to outside normal application use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Beverage Buddy stores reminder schedules, hydration or meal logs, history, goals, progress information, or preferences locally on your device, you can remove that information using any available in-app deletion or clear-data controls, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to Přesuň to outside normal application use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@presun.ink. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. Přesuň to does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Beverage Buddy does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through Přesuň to systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and any information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Přesuň to, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.

Přesuň to may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.
